Glenn Bryan
Glenn Bryan is the founder of GrowthMatrix, Inc., providing strategic leadership and management development
to growing businesses through market-driven strategy design, management advising, and executive coaching.
His work sits at the intersection of smart strategy and strong character — because he has seen firsthand that
the businesses that last are not just well-run, they are well-led. Glenn's approach develops leaders who can think strategically, execute operationally, and lead with the integrity that builds lasting trust.
Glenn also serves on the business faculty at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he teaches corporate strategy, international business, and business operations, and at Trinity Western University in Canada, where he teaches
the capstone strategic business course in the MBA program. He brings a rare combination of academic depth and
real-world consulting experience to every engagement.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Ohio Better Business Bureau and the Center for Character Ethics, an organization dedicated to helping leaders put integrity into everyday action.
Dr. Bryan holds a doctorate in Marketing from Cleveland State University, an MBA from Boise State University,
and a B.S. in Mathematics from Eastern Nazarene College.
